How to apply to be a sponsor:
Three levels of sponsorships available.  

  • Chairman's Community Partner - 1 opening as the premier event partner
  • Sweepstakes Sponsor - 2 openings
  • Director's Sponsor - unlimited openings

How to submit advertising:
Advertising rates in the Souvenir Tournament Program are very reasonable - generally from just $25 for a credit
card sized ad to $200 for full page ads. Color back cover advertising is limited (obviously) but may also be
available.

The program is 8 1/2 X 11 inch document with information and pictures of all the performing schools sold at the
event.

What to donate & how:  Be our partner!
Much of tournament runs with the donations of friends of the band.  Weather it is food, chairs, drinks, equipment,
printing, signs ... or ... well, a lot more - we appreciate your support!  Here is a list of the items we need for the day

click here - most of this is food and beverage items - like thousands of hamburger patties and 150 pounds of
chicken or cleaning supplies or ... well check out the list!

We also need some "bigger" items - like several trucks for the day (24 foot enclosed bed - two!), 6 foot bar-b-q,
new signs, and more.  See our
donation page for more information on year round support.

Third Party Space Availability:
Glover stadium has limited space available.  We give first priority to those that round out the event experience for
our guests - whether it is sales or information for other groups we try to ensure that a variety are available.  As
such, we reserve the right to deny space.

- Merchandise Vendors: 10' X 10' spaces available.  Limited Power.  $175 for the day - payable upon
acceptance.  

- Information / Non-Profit:  10' X 10' spaces available.  Limited power With availability of space, informational
groups, especially related to band or colorguard organizations, have a reduced rate at $50 - but no sales allowed
(if you are selling, you must apply as a Vendor).

How to volunteer:
Volunteers are needed all day long ... nope, that is not in quotes because it is literally from 6 AM until after
midnight (as well as Friday and Sunday).  Check our volunteer page for more information

How can we do it? With your help! Volunteers, donations, and support come in all year to make this a great
event.  Will you be there next time?!
